“Alaskan Adventure”
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, comfortable home. It was very clean and well cared for. The view was truly amazing looking out over the bay. The owners were so friendly and gave us a tour of their amazing gardens, encouraging us to pick vegetables and berries. This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed at by far. There are stairs to climb so mobility might be an issue for some people.”

“Private, Fantastic View, Great owners”
We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, cut flowers and welcoming wine. Our stay was amazing, we loved the view, the yard, greenhouse, custom woodworking, and we are thankful for use of the sauna after an exhausting day of halibut fishing with a previous ice climb day. Inspired by Kachemak views, we wrote marriage vows walking the beach. All in all a very memorable stay”

“Fantastic Location, Views and Host!”
My husband and I loved this property probably the most of the several in which we stayed during our drive excursion around the Kenai Peninsula. Steve was a wonderful host. The gardens around the property are simply stunning and we were able to pick fresh strawberries, squash, raspberries and more from their INCREDIBLE garden. Yum! Comfortable and roomy accommodations, bottle of wine, great kitchen and gorgeous views from the deck and other fun places on the property, like “Cliff Overlook.” We breakfasted there on our last day and WOW!!!”

“Highlight of our Alaska trip”
This place is probably the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed. The sauna and greenhouse are amazing and we had unlimited access to both. Heaven on earth. The suite is comfortable and provides everything you could possibly need. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable. Steve was a pleasant host and you can tell he enjoys sharing his special place with others. I would highly recommend.

“Simply The Best”
This was our second stay at this location and our trip to homer would not be complete without staying here. This place is the complete package. The second story apartment style accommodation is well equipped and roomy. The deck opens up to beautiful views of Cook Inlet and Alaska mountain peaks. Use the provided binoculars to view whales, otters and fishing boats heading out for the day. The proprietors welcome you to their greenhouse to pick your own berries, cherries and assorted vegetables. It’s a short 5 minute drive into Homer, and the grounds are easy to find. The owners communicate well, not to mention the friendly and playful dog. This is our favorite place to stay.
