Sauna Building

The Sauna building is available for guests to have a sauna. There is also the option of 2 guests using it for their stay if they want their own privacy for sleeping or hanging out as long as they are part of your party. We prefer to keep the peaceful ambiance of having only one group here at a time with a maximum of 4 people. Sometimes we will consider 6 people if prearrangements are made.

The sauna building is across the creek from the main apartment and has a great view of the Bay. It is quiet, simple, secluded, and cozy. There is a sink, fridge, and a gravity shower on the front porch.  The outhouse museum is a short walk up the trail if you don’t want to trek all the way up to the apartment. Upstairs is a new Full Bed with 4 windows to look out of. Guests should plan on cooking up at the apartment where there are full amenities including a hot bath if the porch shower doesn’t suit you.  That cold water shower feels pretty good coming out of the sauna though.
